“Both can be true”

At Orchid & Stone Psychological Services, PLLC, we are dedicated to fostering mental well-being through a compassionate, holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. Our mission is to provide a safe environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while working toward the seemingly opposite goals of accepting what already is and changing what is possible.

Whether you have never been to therapy before, have seen many providers in the past and aren’t sure you have the willingness to try again, or anywhere in between, we encourage you to take this step for yourself and your wellbeing to schedule a free, 15 minute consultation call.

  • Orchid & Stone Psychological Services, PLLC is an out-of-network (OON) clinic. See more information about services and fees here.

There are a lot of reasons for this (ask your provider for more details), and it is also understandable this is a barrier for many who are seeking services. If you are looking for lower cost options, consider resources like https://openpathcollective.org/ or https://www.opencounseling.com/

  • If a client wants coordination of care with another provider(s), there is a Release and Request of Information form to complete, and then you will discuss with your provider exactly what information you would like shared/exchanged. This can be helpful when a client has medication management, an ongoing medical concern that impacts their mental health, or if you’re transitioning care to a new therapist. Your provider can speak with you more about your needs and limits during the consultation call or intake process, or at any point throughout the therapy process.
