  • Who? Parents (no restrictions on how old your children are - parents of adult children welcome!) in NC and 42 other PSYPACT states

  • What? Learn and practice mindfulness in the context of being a parent, while also having the opportunity to connect with other parents in the challenges of being present in today’s overstimulating and busy world

  • When? Thursdays 9:00am-10:00am EST starting September 4th for 6 virtual sessions (not meeting 10/02) ending October 16th, conducted via HIPAA-compliant Zoom (NOTE: Prefer different day/hours? Fill out the Group Therapy Interest Form and let us know!)

  • How (much)? Groups are $65 per session with sliding scale options available depending on number of participants committed. Brief (30-45 min/$100) intake appointment required to ensure goodness of fit.
